Scheduling your visit with us is easy. You can book appointments through our online portal, over the phone, or in person at our clinic. We recommend booking in advance, but we do our best to accommodate urgent needs.

Please bring your identification, insurance information, and any relevant medical records or prescriptions to your appointment. This helps our team provide you with the best care possible.

Waiting Area: 
Our waiting area is designed to be comfortable and relaxing while you wait. Outdoors sittings are also available at The Forum St Leonards.

Payment Options: 
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Please be advised that we do not accept cheques. We offer bulk- billing for children under 18 years old, DVA/Health care/Pensioner/commonwealth concession card holders.

Privacy and Confidentiality: 
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. The practice adhere to privacy regulation and laws to ensure that your personal and medical information remains confidential. A copy of privacy policy is available, just ask our friendly receptionist for a copy.

Cancellation Policy: 
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other patients and maintain efficient scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

Our practice requires a minimum of 2 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment, otherwise a late cancelation or failure to attend fee of $90 will apply (not claimable through Medicare). Please ensure to let us know if your appointment is no longer required so we can offer it to other patients who may be unwell or require urgent review.

All card payments will incur a minimum transaction fee of 0.8%, please enquire if you need more information on the card surcharge.
