Waiting Area:
Our waiting area is designed to be comfortable and relaxing while you wait. Outdoors sittings are also available at The Forum St Leonards.
Payment Options:
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Please be advised that we do not accept cheques. We offer bulk- billing for children under 18 years old, DVA/Health care/Pensioner/commonwealth concession card holders.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. The practice adhere to privacy regulation and laws to ensure that your personal and medical information remains confidential. A copy of privacy policy is available, just ask our friendly receptionist for a copy.

Cancellation Policy
Our practice requires a minimum of 2 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment, otherwise a late cancelation or failure to attend fee of $90 will apply (not claimable through Medicare). Please ensure to let us know if your appointment is no longer required so we can offer it to other patients who may be unwell or require urgent review.
